Troubleshooting

Fix common issues with the HqO mobile app, admin portal, and web experience.

Login Issues

Can't sign in

  1. Confirm your email address is spelled correctly.
  2. Reset your password using the Forgot password link on the login screen.
  3. Clear your browser cache — see Clearing Browser Cache below.
  4. Contact HqO Support if the problem continues.

Account locked

Contact your building administrator or HqO Support at appsupport@hqo.co.


Mobile App Issues

App won't load

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Force-close and reopen the app.
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue persists.

Notifications not working

  1. Check your device's notification settings for the HqO app.
  2. Open the app and verify notification settings under Settings.
  3. Confirm the app has notification permissions in your device settings.

Mobile Access (building entry) not working

  1. Confirm Location Services is set to Always for the HqO app.
  2. Confirm Bluetooth is enabled.
  3. Open the app — for Android, the app must be in the foreground if Location is not set to Always.
  4. Contact your building administrator if access issues continue.

Web / Admin Portal Issues

Page not loading

  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Clear your browser cache — see Clearing Browser Cache below.
  3. Try a different supported browser (Chrome or Safari).
  4. Disable browser extensions that may interfere with the page.

Stuck after login / SSO loop

  1. Clear site data for gohqo.co in your browser's developer tools.
  2. Try an incognito or private window.
  3. Contact HqO Support if the issue continues.

Clearing Browser Cache

Clearing the browser cache removes outdated local data and resolves most display and login issues in HqO Admin.

⚠️ Note: These steps clear site data for the HqO Admin domain only. Your other browser data is not affected.

Google Chrome

  1. Open HqO Admin at gohqo.co.
  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect to open Developer Tools.
  3. Click the Application tab in the Developer Tools panel.
  4. Select Storage from the left sidebar.
  5. Click Clear site data.
  6. Refresh the page and log back in.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open HqO Admin at gohqo.co.
  2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.
  3. Click the + icon in the top-right of Developer Tools to open the full panel.
  4. Select Application, then choose Storage from the sidebar.
  5. Click Clear site data.
  6. Refresh the page and log back in.

Safari

  1. In the menu bar, click Safari > Settings.
  2. Open the Privacy tab.
  3. Click Manage Website Data.
  4. Find gohqo.co and click Remove (or Remove All to clear all site data).
  5. Refresh the page and log back in.
