My Portfolio Analytics

Measure the performance of your tenant experience program across your entire portfolio with aggregated KPI dashboards.

Overview

My Portfolio Analytics provides data dashboards for tracking how tenants engage with your HqO-powered experience across buildings. The dashboards aggregate app usage, feature adoption, and occupancy data so you can measure the impact of your programs and identify where to focus.

Dashboards load as embedded views and require active data integrations to display populated metrics.

⚠️ Note: If dashboards appear blank or incomplete, data integrations may not be fully configured. Contact your HqO account team.

Getting started

No setup is required to access the Analytics page. Data populates automatically based on your buildings' activity. Use the building selector at the top of the page to switch between individual properties or view your full portfolio.

đź”’ Permission required: Access to Intelligence dashboards may be restricted by role. Contact your HqO account team if the Intelligence section is not visible.

RAUES — The five KPIs

Portfolio Analytics measures tenant experience health using the RAUES framework. Each dimension has a precise definition:

KPIWhat it measures
ReachTotal contacts in your portfolio — tenants, property managers, vendors, and anyone who may interact with your buildings through HqO. This is your potential audience. Previously called "Total Registered Users."
AwarenessThe percentage of your Reach that has engaged with content, amenity posts, communications, or utility buttons. High Reach with low Awareness means your audience exists but isn’t seeing your messages.
UtilizationCount of on-site building interactions, measured through access scans and visitor check-ins. Tells you how much your spaces are being physically used. Note: Mobile Access button clicks count toward Awareness, not Utilization.
EngagementCount of deeper tenant actions: booking a service, event, or resource; submitting a service request; ordering food or beverage; responding to a survey; or registering a visitor.
SentimentCount of submitted survey responses. Captures tenant voice and feedback. Low Sentiment participation may indicate surveys need to be shorter, more relevant, or incentivized.

Tenant engagement funnel

The Overview tab visualizes the journey from Reach to Engagement as a funnel, showing conversion at each stage:

StageWhat it measures
Total ContactsYour full Reach (potential audience)
AwareContacts who interacted with content or communications
UtilizingContacts with recorded access scans or visitor check-ins
EngagedContacts who took engagement actions (bookings, orders, surveys, etc.)

Use the funnel to identify where drop-off happens. For example:

  • Large drop from Reach to Aware → communications aren’t landing
  • Large drop from Aware to Utilizing → tenants engage digitally but aren’t coming on-site
  • Large drop from Utilizing to Engaged → tenants are on-site but not using services

Use cases

  • Measure ROI of tenant experience programs at the portfolio level
  • Identify buildings with low adoption and prioritize activation efforts
  • Track feature utilization to inform product decisions
  • Present performance data to ownership or investment stakeholders

FAQ

Why do my dashboards show no data? Dashboards require active data connections. Check that your buildings have active tenants and integrations. Contact your HqO account team if data is missing after 48 hours.

Can I download or export the analytics data? Export options depend on your plan and dashboard configuration. Contact your HqO account team for reporting options.

Can I filter by a specific building? Yes. Use the building selector at the top of the page to filter dashboards to a single property or view all properties in aggregate.
