HqO Admin is the web-based tool where property teams configure buildings, manage users, publish content, and monitor building activity.

My HqO dashboard

When you sign in, you land on the My HqO dashboard. It gives a real-time operational view of your building with the following widgets:

Widget	What it shows
Reach	Total registered users, new users, and pending users over the last 30 days
30-day communication performance	Total sent, reach rate, open rate, and email click-through rate
Today's traffic report	Badge-in data for the current day
Today's summary	Visitor check-in counts and resource booking totals, tabbed by Visitors and Bookings
Events	Upcoming events with registration progress
Outreach	Scheduled communications, surveys, and trending content
Recent activity	Timestamped tenant actions filterable by All, Access, Surveys, RSVPs, and Visitors

Use the building selector in the header to switch context between buildings. When Portfolio view is enabled, the dashboard reflects data across all buildings in your portfolio.

HqO Admin runs on two geographic instances:
