HqO Admin is the web-based tool where property teams configure buildings, manage users, publish content, and monitor building activity.
My HqO dashboard
When you sign in, you land on the My HqO dashboard. It gives a real-time operational view of your building with the following widgets:

|---|---|
| Reach | Total registered users, new users, and pending users over the last 30 days |
| 30-day communication performance | Total sent, reach rate, open rate, and email click-through rate |
| Today's traffic report | Badge-in data for the current day |
| Today's summary | Visitor check-in counts and resource booking totals, tabbed by Visitors and Bookings |
| Events | Upcoming events with registration progress |
| Outreach | Scheduled communications, surveys, and trending content |
| Recent activity | Timestamped tenant actions filterable by All, Access, Surveys, RSVPs, and Visitors |
Quick create actions on the dashboard let you launch new surveys, content, and notifications directly from the homepage. Use the building selector in the header to switch context between buildings. When Portfolio view is enabled, the dashboard reflects data across all buildings in your portfolio.
Platform access
HqO Admin runs on two geographic instances:
