Features

HqO Admin Features page showing a list of configured features grouped by category, each with name, audience, and status

App Configuration / Features β€” Production view

Features is where you configure which capabilities are available to your tenants in the HqO app. Add new features, set audience rules, control display order, and preview how features appear to users β€” all from one page.

Overview

Navigate to HqO Admin > App Configuration > Features to manage all features enabled for your property.

The page has two tabs:

  • Features β€” the full list of configured features, grouped by category
  • Feature Display β€” a drag-and-drop preview showing how features appear to tenant users in the app

⚠️ Note: Features are scoped to the currently selected building. Use the building selector in the top bar to switch between properties.

FAQ

Can I have the same feature type configured multiple times? Yes. For example, you can create multiple Resource Booking features pointing to different spaces (Meeting Spaces, Wellness Spaces, a specific bookable room).

What does "Specific tenants" mean? It limits visibility of the feature to users who belong to the selected tenant organizations in your building's CRM.

Why isn't a feature showing up in the app? Check that the feature's Status is set to Active and that the user's tenant matches the configured Audience.

Does changing feature order affect all users immediately? Yes. Reordering on the Feature Display tab takes effect for all users right away.
