Audiences are named segments of users or tenant companies. Create audiences to target specific groups when sending communications, surfacing content, running surveys, or controlling feature access.

- Feature access β restrict or grant access to platform features by audience

Search and manage audiences

π‘ Tip: Name audiences clearly based on their purpose, such as "VIP tenants β Cobblestone" or "All Heritage Heights users." This makes them easier to select when creating communications.
FAQ
Can I reuse an audience across multiple buildings? Yes. When creating an audience, you can associate it with multiple buildings.
Can I edit an audience after it's created? Yes. Click on any audience name to edit its members, name, or description.
