Configure your organization's profile, connected apps, and email settings in HqO Admin.

Overview

Settings is accessible from the gear icon at the bottom of the left navigation. It opens a separate settings interface with three sections: General, Apps, and Email.

Navigate to HqO Admin > βš™οΈ Settings (gear icon, bottom left).

General

Manage your organization's profile information:

After making changes, click Save to apply.

Apps

Shows third-party apps configured for your organization. If no integrations are active, this section displays "No apps available."

App connections are typically configured during onboarding with your HqO implementation team. Contact your HqO account team to add or modify app integrations.

Email

Configure email settings for your organization, including sending domain configuration for outbound communications.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Email settings are required if you want to send Communications from a custom domain rather than the default HqO sending address. Contact your HqO account team to configure custom sending domains.

FAQ

Where do I manage administrator users and roles? Administrator user management is in CRM > Users. Role and permission changes may require HqO account team involvement.

Where do I configure notification preferences? Individual notification preferences are not managed in the Settings section β€” contact your HqO account team for notification configuration options.

Can I change my billing address? Yes. Update the Billing address field in the General section and save. For contract or invoicing questions, contact your HqO account team directly.
