Service Booking

Experience / Service Booking β Production view
Service Booking lets you surface on-site service providers β fitness studios, massage therapists, wellness coaches, and more β directly in the tenant app. Admins create and manage provider listings, choose a booking integration, and control how tenants discover and book services.

FAQ
Can I reorder providers on the list? Provider display order is managed through your HqO account team. Contact them to adjust listing order.
Why don't I see the MBO-specific fields? Fields like Site ID, Enable membership sign up, and Enable QR Code only appear when MBO is selected as the integration.
Why is the Save button disabled? All required fields (marked with *) must be filled in before saving. Check that Integration, Service Provider Name, Service Provider Subtitle, Long Description, and any integration-specific ID fields are complete.
Can I bulk-import providers? Bulk import is not available in the UI. Contact your HqO account team to set up multiple providers at once.
