Getting Started
Tenants access HqO through the mobile app, available on iOS and Android. This page covers how tenants download the app, register, and configure their account.
Downloading the app
The HqO app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Property teams typically share the download link in their launch communications.
- Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Search for HqO.
- Download and install the app.
💡 Tip: Share the direct download link in your launch communication to reduce friction.
Registering
First-time users need to register with their work email address.
- Open the HqO app.
- Enter your work email address and tap Next.
- Check your email for a verification link.
- Click the link in the email to verify your account.
- Set your password and complete your profile.
If your building uses SSO (Okta, Azure AD, or another identity provider), you'll be redirected to sign in through your company's login page instead.
Joining a building
After registering, the app automatically assigns you to your building based on your email domain. If you're not automatically assigned, you may need to enter an invite code provided by your property team.
Profile settings
Tap your profile icon in the top right to access:

| Notifications | Control which push notifications you receive per building |
| Linked accounts | Connect a mobile access credential if your building uses HID |
| Privacy | Review your data and privacy settings |
