HqO Mobile App
The HqO mobile app is the primary way tenants access building services, amenities, and community programming on the go. It runs on iOS and Android and connects directly to the HqO platform — the same data that powers HqO Web.
Overview
The app gives tenants access to everything at their building: booking rooms, registering visitors, unlocking doors with a digital key, checking the feed for events and announcements, and submitting service requests. Administrators configure which features are available through HqO Admin.
Everything syncs across the mobile app and HqO Web — bookings, registrations, and content are shared in real time across both surfaces.
Getting the App
iOS
Download from the App Store. Requires iOS 16 or later.
Android
Download from Google Play. Requires Android 13 or later.
💡 Tip: Tenants can also scan the QR code displayed in the HqO Web sidebar to download the app directly.
Home Screen Layout
The mobile home screen has four main areas:
Salutation — A time-sensitive greeting ("Good morning / afternoon / evening") personalized with the building name. The building selector in the top left lets tenants switch between properties if they're associated with more than one.
Promoted Post Carousel — A swipeable card area featuring spotlighted content, events, and announcements published by the building team. New users see a building welcome card on first launch.
Utility Buttons — One-tap shortcuts to features and amenities. Buttons are configured by the property team — tenants cannot change the order.
Content Feed — Building content displayed in category carousels for quick scanning.

Profile Settings
From the Profile tab, tenants can:
- Set a primary building (the building that loads on app open)
- Manage notification preferences per building
- Change the app language
- Manage privacy and security settings
- Clear the app cache
- Access legal documentation
White-Label Apps
HqO offers white-labeled mobile apps with your building's custom name, icon, and branding in the App Store and Google Play. White-label apps require annual maintenance and Apple/Google developer account access. See White-Label Mobile App for full details.
