HqO Web β Home dashboard
HqO Web is the browser-based version of the HqO tenant experience. Building occupants get full access to room booking, visitor registration, events, content, and more β from any desktop browser, no app install required.

Accessing HqO Web
Tenants navigate to the building's dedicated HqO URL in any supported desktop browser. Sign-in uses the same credentials as the HqO mobile app β SSO and standard email/password are both supported depending on building configuration.
HqO Web vs. Mobile App
The mobile app and HqO Web share the same underlying platform. Bookings, registrations, and content sync across both in real time. HqO Web is optimized for desktop with a persistent left sidebar and full-width layout. The mobile app adds push notifications and on-the-go access.
Navigation
HqO Web uses a persistent left sidebar. It shows the building name and logo at the top, all active module links, and a Download the app QR code at the bottom. The modules visible in the sidebar depend on which features the building administrator has enabled in HqO Admin.
