Screen Resolution
HqO Web is optimized for desktop at 1440px wide and above. It renders correctly at 1280px+, though grid views like the Spaces booking grid are best experienced at full width.
Known Limitations
Mobile browsers — HqO Web is not designed for mobile browsers. Use the HqO mobile app on iOS or Android for the best smartphone and tablet experience.
Browser extensions — Ad blockers or privacy extensions that block third-party scripts may interfere with authentication or content loading. If you experience issues, try disabling extensions and reloading.
Corporate proxies — Some corporate network proxies block WebSocket connections used by real-time features. Contact your IT team if HqO Web is inaccessible on your corporate network.
