HqO connects with access control systems, visitor management platforms, and other building infrastructure to deliver a unified tenant experience.
Available Integrations
Access Control
HID β Enables mobile access credentials through HID Origo. Tenants unlock building doors by holding their phone near an HID-compatible reader. No physical keycard required.
Visitor Management
Visitor Management β Full pre-registration, check-in, and badge management for building visitors. Supports tenant-initiated, guard-assisted, and admin-managed workflows. Integrates with access control for digital badge activation.
In-App Support
App Support β Adds a utility button in the HqO mobile app that lets users submit support tickets directly to the HqO support team, with automatic context capture for faster triage.
Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On (SSO) β Lets tenants and administrators authenticate using their existing company credentials (Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, Ping Identity). No separate HqO password required. Requires HqO team setup and inclusion in your contract.
Enabling Integrations
Integrations are enabled and configured with HqO team involvement. Contact your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to discuss which integrations are included in your contract and how to set them up.
π‘ Tip: Once an integration is enabled, the corresponding feature appears in HqO Admin > App Configuration > Features, where you can manage tenant access and audience settings.
