Yardi Lease Sync
The Yardi Lease Sync integration pulls lease records from your Yardi portfolio directly into HqO Admin, keeping property and tenant lease data in sync without manual entry.
Overview
Navigate to HqO Admin > Integrations > Yardi Lease Sync to view your sync status and mapping details.
The integration page shows four summary counts that give you an at-a-glance snapshot of your sync health:

đź’ˇ Tip: Properties reflects all Yardi properties for the integration, whether or not they are mapped to an HqO building. Only mapped properties can sync leases. The buildings list is limited to the first 10 results.
What you need from Yardi
Yardi Lease Sync connects to your Yardi Voyager account over the Yardi web services API. Before setup, gather the following connection details from your Yardi Voyager admin console — or from your Yardi account manager. All fields are required.

đź’ˇ Tip: Use a dedicated read-only service account rather than an individual's login. If that person leaves or their password rotates, the sync stops and lease data goes stale.
Once the details are entered, click Validate credentials. HqO tests the connection before you continue to Buildings & tenants, where Yardi properties are mapped to HqO buildings and Yardi tenants to HqO tenant companies.
Property mappings
The Property mappings table lists each Yardi property and its connection to an HqO building. Each row shows:

A property must have a building mapping in place to appear as a mapped property. Properties without a building mapping do not sync leases.
Tenant mappings
The Tenant mappings table shows how Yardi tenants are matched to HqO tenant companies. Each row shows:

Lease fields synced from Yardi
Each Yardi lease record becomes an HqO lease record on the Leases page and feeds the tenant profile in CRM > Tenants. These are the fields the sync pulls from Yardi:

Leases missing a required field are skipped and do not count toward Synced leases. Tenants with incomplete optional fields show a Missing data status in CRM > Tenants — this does not affect their users' access to the platform.
⚠️ Note: Yardi is the source of truth for synced fields. Editing a synced value directly in HqO Admin will be overwritten the next time the sync runs.
Enabling Yardi Lease Sync
Yardi Lease Sync requires HqO team involvement to configure. Contact your HqO Customer Success Manager or Implementation Manager to enable the integration and complete property and tenant mapping.
