HqO

Wayfinding & Transit Integrations

HqO integrates with wayfinding and transit platforms so tenants can check real-time commute options and navigate buildings directly from the HqO app.

These integrations fall into two groups: transit and mobility tools (Actionfigure, Citymapper, Google Maps) that surface real-time transportation options around your building, and indoor mapping tools (MappedIn, MazeMap) that help tenants navigate inside it. For every integration on this page, administration stays in the partner's back office β€” HqO provides the tenant experience through the HqO mobile app. Each integration must be included in your HqO contract; contact your HqO Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to add one or learn more.

Actionfigure (TransitScreen)

Actionfigure (formerly TransitScreen) is a mobility feature that shows real-time transit information to ease tenants' commutes, consolidating buses, subways, ferries, ride services, and bikes in one place.

What tenants can do in the HqO app:

  • Open the Transit tile (the tile name can be customized)
  • Plan trips and browse available trip options for the site's location
  • View schedules for trains, buses, car services (Uber/Lyft), and bikes, plus corresponding directions

Setup: Contact your Implementation Manager or Customer Success team to get started. The HqO team configures the feature for your specific building, followed by a testing phase that may involve your users.

Timeline: Typically live within 1–2 weeks from kickoff.

Regional availability: Global β€” but your site's location must have access to public transportation, bikes, rideshares, or similar options.

Citymapper

The Citymapper integration gives tenants access to mobility options for their city inside the HqO app. HqO implements it as a webview or deeplink, adding the webview URL for the relevant Citymapper city.

What tenants can do in the HqO app:

  • View local transit information, including trains, buses, and bikes
  • Get directions to specific locations

Supported languages: English (US), French (FR), German (DE), Spanish (ES), and Italian (IT).

Regional availability: Global, wherever Citymapper is supported β€” check Citymapper's official city coverage list.

Google Maps

The Google Maps integration gives tenants access to key mobility options for the city around them. HqO supports Google Maps through a webview or deeplink integration.

What tenants can do in the HqO app:

  • View local transportation options, including trains, buses, and bike sharing
  • Get turn-by-turn directions to specific destinations

Setup: HqO adds the webview URL for Google Maps to your app configuration.

MappedIn

MappedIn is a flexible indoor mapping platform. HqO integrates with MappedIn through a webview so tenants can navigate your building from the HqO app.

What tenants can do in the HqO app:

  • View indoor maps with multi-floor navigation
  • See location information for amenities
  • View directions on the map with step-by-step, turn-by-turn guidance

Setup: Provide HqO with the URL for your instance of the map.

MazeMap

MazeMap provides data visualization and indoor navigation tools. HqO supports MazeMap through a webview integration.

What tenants can do in the HqO app:

  • View indoor maps with multi-floor navigation
  • See location information for amenities
  • View directions on the map with step-by-step navigation instructions

Setup: Provide HqO with the URL for your MazeMap instance.
