HqO Web β€” Submit a Request

The Submit a Request page is where tenants file service requests with the building management team β€” from maintenance issues to room setup requests β€” and track the status of anything they've submitted.

Overview

The page is titled "Your Requests" with a badge showing the count of active requests. A Create service request button in the top right opens the submission form.

Submitting a Request

Click Create service request to open the form. Depending on building configuration, the form includes:

  • Category β€” the request type (e.g., maintenance, cleaning, IT, setup)
  • Location β€” the specific floor, suite, or area
  • Description β€” free-text field to describe the issue or need
  • Attachments β€” optional photos or files for additional context
  • Priority β€” if tenants are permitted to set urgency

Once submitted, the request routes to the appropriate team in HqO Admin > Operations > Service Requests.

Tracking Requests

All submitted requests appear in the Your Requests list with status indicators:

StatusDescription
OpenSubmitted, awaiting review
In ProgressActively being worked on
ResolvedCompleted by the building team
CancelledClosed without action

Click into any request to see comments, status history, or add follow-up information.

Empty State

When no requests have been submitted, the page shows a "No Requests" message. This is the expected state for new tenants.

Admin Configuration

Building admins manage incoming requests in HqO Admin > Operations > Service Requests. Admins can create request categories, assign requests to team members, update statuses, and communicate with tenants through the request thread.
