HqO Web — Building Info
Building Info is a curated content feed scoped to the property. It surfaces building-level announcements, shared space guides, policy updates, and other information the building team wants tenants to access easily.
Overview
Unlike My Feed, which shows all content types across the platform, Building Info shows only content specifically tied to the building. A search bar and category filters appear at the top of the page.
Filters

Content Cards
Content appears in a card grid with the same layout as My Feed — featured image, category tag, title, description, and date. Cards can link to full articles, booking flows, or external resources depending on how they're configured.
What Gets Published Here
Building admins publish to this section via HqO Admin > Experience > Content by selecting the appropriate content category. Content scoped to the building (sometimes called the secondary feed) appears here rather than in My Feed.
This section is ideal for:
- Welcome guides and building orientation materials
- Amenity announcements — new hours, maintenance windows
- Space booking instructions and availability guides
- Emergency procedures and building policies
