HqO Web — My Feed

My Feed is the central content hub for the building. It surfaces posts, events, wellness sessions, deals, and other updates published by the building team — all in one filterable stream.

Overview

The page header reads "My Feed" with the subtitle "Explore what's new and noteworthy". A search bar at the top lets tenants find content by keyword.

Category Filters

A horizontal filter bar lets tenants narrow the feed by content type:

FilterContent Type
AllEvery piece of content for the building
Building ExperiencesBuilding-specific programming and updates
Events & HappeningsUpcoming events and social activities
Wellness at WorkFitness, yoga, massage, and health content
Deals & GiveawaysPromotions and prize giveaways
HqOXCross-building and platform-wide content

The active filter highlights in blue. Selecting a filter reloads the grid to show only matching posts.

Content Cards

Each card displays:

  • Featured image
  • Category tag
  • Title and description
  • Date — scheduled or published date
  • Action button — bookable content (yoga sessions, massage appointments) shows an inline Book or Book my session button

What Appears and in What Order

My Feed shows every content tile and event that is currently live for the tenant's building and audience:

  • Live means the publish date has passed and the expiration date, if set, has not. Tiles without an expiration date stay in the feed indefinitely.
  • Scheduled, archived, and draft tiles never appear.
  • Promoted Content status has no effect on My Feed. Promotion only controls the carousel on the Home page.

Ordering:

  • On the All tab, tiles sort by publish date, newest first.
  • On a single category tab, the drag-and-drop order set in the admin Homescreen tab comes first, with publish date as the tiebreaker.

Unlike the Home preview, My Feed includes events, so events and tiles with Display as event turned on appear here alongside regular posts.

Publishing Content

Building admins publish to My Feed through HqO Admin > Experience > Content. Events appear here when published through HqO Admin > Experience > Events.

  • Home — featured content preview on the home dashboard
  • Events — dedicated events listing
  • Building Info — building-specific announcements and guides
