HqO Web — Home
The Home page is the first screen tenants see after signing into HqO Web. It surfaces the most relevant actions and content for their building in a single, scannable view.
Welcome Banner
A full-width hero banner greets the tenant by name — "Welcome to [Building Name], [First Name]" — against a branded building photo. An inline search bar lets tenants find events and content without navigating away.
Quick-Action Service Cards
Four shortcut cards link to the most commonly used features:

| Submit a Request | Opens the service request form for building issues or requests |
| Meeting Spaces | Jumps to the resource booking grid for conference rooms |
| Wellness Spaces | Opens the wellness room booking view |
| Register a Visitor | Launches the visitor registration flow |
The cards shown depend on which modules are active for the building. Building admins configure utility buttons in HqO Admin > App Configuration > Utility Buttons.
What's Happening
The lower section shows a live content feed with a View all updates link to the full My Feed view.
The feed includes:
- A featured image carousel for spotlighted content or events
- Content cards with post title, category tag, date, and description
Building teams publish content through HqO Admin and Events.

The bottom of the left sidebar includes a "It's even better on the go" prompt with a QR code tenants can scan to download the HqO mobile app.
