HqO Web — Home
The Home page is the first screen tenants see after signing into HqO Web. It surfaces the most relevant actions and content for their building in a single, scannable view.
Welcome Banner
A full-width hero banner greets the tenant by name — "Welcome to [Building Name], [First Name]" — against a branded building photo. An inline search bar lets tenants find events and content without navigating away.
Quick-Action Service Cards
Four shortcut cards link to the most commonly used features:

The cards shown depend on which modules are active for the building. Building admins configure utility buttons .
My Feed (What's Happening)
The lower section shows a My Feed preview with a View my feed link to the full My Feed page. It has two parts:
- A large carousel tile on the left
- Three smaller content cards on the right
Building teams publish content through HqO Admin > Experience > Content and Events.
What appears here, and in what order
The Home preview is built from the same list as the full My Feed page, with three rules applied:
- Only live content. A tile appears once its publish date has passed and stays until its expiration date, if one is set. Tiles with no expiration date stay in the feed indefinitely.
- Events are left out. Anything created in the Events module, or any content tile with Display as event turned on, is skipped here because it appears in the Upcoming Events section directly below.
- Newest first. Remaining tiles sort by publish date, newest first. The drag-and-drop order in the admin Homescreen tab does not affect this page.
The carousel on the left depends on Promoted Content:

💡 Tip: If an older tile keeps showing on Home, it most likely has no expiration date. Open it in Content, set an expiration date on the Schedule tab, and it moves to the Archive. To control the carousel directly, add tiles to Promoted Content.

The bottom of the left sidebar includes a "It's even better on the go" prompt with a QR code tenants can scan to download the HqO mobile app.
