HqO Web — Book a Class
The Book a Class page surfaces service providers operating in or partnering with the building. Tenants browse available providers and book sessions directly — yoga instructors, massage therapists, fitness trainers, and similar on-site services.
Overview
The page is titled "Service Providers" and displays a card grid of all active providers configured for the building.
Service Provider Cards
Each card shows:
- Provider name
- Category — the type of service (e.g., Wellness provider, Massage)
- Featured image
Clicking a card opens the provider's full profile with available sessions, time slots, pricing (if applicable), and a booking flow.
Booking a Session
After selecting a provider:
- Browse available dates and time slots.
- Select a session.
- Confirm your details.
- Complete payment if the session has a cost.
Booked sessions appear in your upcoming bookings and generate a confirmation notification.
How It Differs from Events
Events are building-organized activities published by the property team with their own RSVP or registration flow. Service Bookings are offered by external or in-building service operators with their own schedules and capacity management. Both may appear in My Feed, but service bookings have a dedicated section here for discovery and booking.
Admin Configuration
Building admins configure service providers in HqO Admin > Experience > Service Booking.
