Loading Dock

The Loading Dock module streamlines delivery operations by replacing manual logs with digital processes, centralizing dock activity through digital scheduling, driver and vehicle check-in, license plate scanning, and Certificate of Insurance verification.

Overview

Loading Dock benefits both staff and vendors. Staff process deliveries faster and gain visibility into dock activity, while vendors experience a smoother arrival process. The module captures driver, vehicle, and delivery details in one place so building teams can track who is on site and what they are delivering.

  • Greater visibility and insights via real-time dashboards and reports.
