Settings

Manage how your Visitor Management application behaves by configuring its general settings, customizing the emails visitors receive, and enabling additional features.

Access settings

To open the settings for Visitor Management:

1. Navigate to the Visitor Management page.
2. Click the gear icon to open the settings.

Settings sections

The settings interface is organized into three areas.

Section	What you configure
General settings	Email settings and the default dates and times applied to visits.
Visitor email	The visual design and language of the email a visitor receives.
Features	Additional visitor features.

Use General settings to configure your email settings and the default date and time values applied across the application.

Use Visitor email customization to adjust the appearance and language of the email each visitor receives.

Use Features to enable additional visitor features.
