Recurring Visits

Schedule visits that repeat on a set cadence so you never have to recreate them by hand, and manage each occurrence or the entire series from the Visits tab.

Set a repeat cadence

When you configure a visit, use the Repeat field to choose how often it recurs. The available options are:

Duration limits

By default, recurring visits can be scheduled up to one year in advance. The maximum depends on your property's setting for the furthest future invite date, which is configurable under your general Visitor Management settings.

How invitations are sent

Invitations are sent individually on each visit's date rather than all at once. This keeps invites timely and reduces the volume of messages in a visitor's inbox.

Identify recurring visits

Recurring visits appear with a repeat icon in the Visits tab. Hover over a visit to reveal its full recurrence details, including the expiration date.

Edit a recurring visit

When you edit a visit that is part of a series, choose how widely the change applies:

  1. Open the recurring visit from the Visits tab.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    • This visit only — apply the change to the single occurrence.
    • All visits in this series — apply the change to every occurrence.

Cancel a recurring visit

When you cancel a recurring visit, choose the scope of the cancellation:

  • Cancel the single occurrence only.
  • Cancel from this date forward.
  • Cancel the entire series.
