Multi-Day Visits
Multi-day visits let tenant hosts and property teams register visitors for extended or recurring stays, giving you complete control over extended-stay visitor experiences across consecutive or non-consecutive days.
Create multi-day visits
In the Create Visit form, select one or more days from the date picker to schedule a multi-day visit. This works for both single visits and group visits.
The date picker supports two scheduling patterns:
- Consecutive days for extended stays.
- Non-consecutive days for recurring visits.
Multi-day notifications
Visitors and hosts receive notifications by email and SMS throughout a multi-day visit.
| Notification | When it is sent | What it contains |
|---|---|---|
| Initial invitation | Upon visit creation | The complete schedule of all visit dates and times. |
| Same-day reminder | At 8 AM on the day of the visit, or 1 hour before the start time for early-morning visits | A reminder for that day's visit. |
For complete notification template details, see Notifications.
Edit multi-day visits
You can manage an entire multi-day series in a single view. On existing multi-day registrations, you can:
- Update visit details, host information, or visit dates and times.
- Cancel individual visit days.
- Remove all future days in a multi-day series.
Bulk upload multi-day support
Use bulk upload to process many multi-day registrations at once, either through the bulk visit form or a CSV template.
- Open the bulk visit form or download the CSV template. The template includes readable headers, user-friendly inputs, and an example row.
- Enter a start date and an end date for each registration. The system creates a visit for every day in that timeframe.
- Submit the bulk upload to create all multi-day registrations simultaneously.
If the start and end dates overlap a weekend, the system does not create visits for Saturday and Sunday.
