Tenant Roles

Tenant visitor management roles control who at a tenant company can register visitors, view visits, and manage employee profiles in HqO.

Overview

HqO Visitor Management defines three tenant roles, each with a different level of access to visitor data and actions. Assign the role that matches each team member's responsibilities so they see only the visits and tools they need.

To use any of these roles, a team member must first be invited to the platform by a member of the property staff or by another member of your team.

For the property-side workflow, see Visitor Management.

Roles

The three tenant roles are Visitor Registration Administrator, Visitor Registration Coordinator, and Visitor Registration Host.

  • Visitor Registration Administrator — Can submit visitors and reassign hosts to active tenant employees, view all visitors for their tenant company, edit visits, and submit multi-day visits.
  • Visitor Registration Coordinator — Can add, edit, and cancel any of the tenant company's visitors and view all visits submitted by any employee.
  • Visitor Registration Host — Can submit visitors but can only view the visits they submitted. Hosts can edit visits and submit multi-day visits.
